A careful path from a record lead to a claim review

Each step helps make sense of a possible asset record. Discovery is only a starting point; any potential claim needs support and review.

  1. Discovery

    Public-record information can surface leads about potentially unclaimed assets. A lead is something to examine, not proof of ownership or available funds.

  2. Verification

    A possible match must be reviewed and supported before it is treated as a claim. A record match by itself is not confirmation.

  3. Documentation

    Relevant record and property details can be organized to support a review. What is relevant depends on the situation; a particular dossier, legal opinion, or document package is not promised.

  4. Claim submission

    Share the asset type, state, record description, any relevant property, county, or reference details, and contact information through the intake. This requests an initial review; it does not mean an official claim has been filed or accepted.

Unverified records are not confirmed claims. A possible match does not establish ownership or that funds are available. Recovery is not guaranteed.
